About the Design
Rosie the pug was seized by the SPCA of Texas’ Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit, in 2017, from a cruel environment. Our medical staff believe she was bred over and over again. Even though she had a rough past, her life now is FULL of love. She enjoys strolls with her mamma, yappy hours, snacking on carrots (well everything really), late-night snuggles with her feline siblings, acting as foster mom to kittens, and so much more!
